Return & Refund Policy

At Finex Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Used fishing lures, bent hooks, or products showing signs of wear, corrosion, or water exposure are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Incorrect  Items

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error,  please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will:

Cover the return shipping cost

Provide a replacement at no additional charge, or

Issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable
